Seventh Circuit Judge Richard A. Posner issued published opinions in six different cases today: It was a relatively quiet day in the federal appellate courts today, unless you happen to be Seventh Circuit Judge Richard A. Posner.

Also on today’s front page, as the lead item at the very top of the page, is Angela Couloumbis’s article headlined “Justice Eakin suspended over emails,” which begins, “The state’s judicial ethics tribunal on Tuesday suspended Supreme Court Justice J.
